Panama Scouting - Day 4 - Panama City

Today's photos were taken at the same Causeway stop as the panorama video, but it is more evident that Miguel and I are in Panama City in the 95-degree heat!  

Today was a quiet day around town, and for us, also.  Miguel found a gym to work out, I edited photos, we walked in the park, and we had a grand paella dinner at 4:00 between rain bursts.  Juan Carlos (JC), our tour guide, called January through May the "not-as-rainy season".

We learned a lot of history during our tour and visited Casco Viejo, the old town.  Tomorrow, I will send you a photo from that part of Panama City, begun in 1510.

We are now looking for a guided birding tour of the only rainforest city park in the world.
